Job summary

AESSEAL is a global leader in mechanical seals and reliability solutions. We seek a Customer Solutions & Internal Sales Support Coordinator to join the Brisbane team in Wacol, providing essential support to customers and internal stakeholders.

The role focuses on managing enquiries, preparing quotations and coordinating customer requirements from enquiry through to order completion, with a strong emphasis on service and accuracy. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotations and sales documentation.
• Respond to customer enquiries and requests.
• Process sales orders and maintain customer records.
• Support Reliability Specialists and sales activities; coordinate supplier and procurement requirements.
• Follow up quotations and customer opportunities.
• Maintain accurate information within SAP.
• Assist customers with product and order enquiries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to achieve customer outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
