Job summary

AESSEAL is seeking a Reliability Specialist / Mechanical Sales Professional to support customers in the Melbourne and greater Victoria region. This field-based role blends technical reliability solutions with proactive sales, developing new business while maintaining existing relationships.

You will conduct site visits, provide technical advice on seals and pumps, and collaborate with the national team. Travel within Victoria and occasional interstate trips are required; a competitive package

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in industrial sales with a solid mechanical foundation.
• Technically adept with ability to learn and apply new concepts.
• Engineering qualification is highly regarded but not essential.
• Working knowledge of mechanical seals.

Responsibilities

• Promote AESSEAL's range of mechanical seals and seal support systems.
• Develop new business while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Provide technical advice and reporting on seals, reliability solutions and pumps.
• Identify opportunities to expand product sales and tailor support.
• Collaborate with the national sales team on pump-related enquiries.
• Support customers with pump selection, sizing and system performance analysis.
• Deliver reliable, customer-focused service across multiple levels.
