Fluiconnecto Ryco is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales/Customer Service Officer to join our Beresfield team (Newcastle) in NSW. You’ll support inbound enquiries, quote customers, process orders and collaborate with a small, friendly team in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a clear path for growth within a global hydraulic solutions leader, with a standard 8am-5pm schedule and a supportive, down-to-earth culture. Experience in hydraulics or industrial sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales or customer service within hydraulics, industrial or related sectors.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay organised.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide premier service.
• Prepare customer quotes and process orders/invoices.
• Assist new customers with product selection and provide technical support.
• Follow up orders and respond to client queries; source and offer alternative products.
• Manage customer credits from start to finish.
