Job summary

Hydraulink Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in the Newcastle region. The role focuses on acquiring new business, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our OEM and end-user base.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate has a sales background in mechanical/industrial or automotive sectors, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to grow a customer base.

The Opportunity

You willbe the keyin driving our business growth forourservices in the Newcastle region at anexcitingtime where we are experiencing rapid growth. This frontline role is focused on generating new business and managing customer accounts, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, customer retention, and growth.

Your keyresponsibilitieswillinclude:

• Driving the continued growth of our Service Division through new business development, account management, and the expansion of our OEM and end-user customer base.
• Generating and negotiating new income streams to an agreed annual target
• Identifyingandproposing new service/product/business opportunities
• Actively and successfullymanagingall new business sales processes - end to end.
• Maintainingand growing existing salesfurther

The Person

Ideally youwillbe an existingSales Managerwith similar experience in a service-basedindustrywithhydraulic hose and fittings knowledge!

• Experience in using a CRM system
