Job summary

Window Warehouse in Brisbane is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our showrooms and support sales through inquiries, quotes, and order processing. You will handle enquiries from phone, email and in-person visits, prepare invoices, and liaise with suppliers.

Extensive product training provided on Dowell windows, Breezway Louvres and in-house screens. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and a team player who thrives in a busy, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous Sales/Internal Sales experience or keen to learn.
• Ability to prioritise work, manage deadlines, exercise initiative and multi-task.
• Be self-motivated and a team player.
• Enjoy interacting with people over the phone and in person.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Customer service - enquiries and first contact for showroom quotes and sales.
• Quoting from phone, email, and showroom enquiries; plan take offs.

We are a well-established Brisbane based re-seller of Dowell windows and doors, Breezway Louvres and manufacture fly and security screens in house. We pride ourselves on our product knowledge and superior customer service. We quote over the phone, via online/E-mail enquiries and in our onsite Showroom!

The opportunity is here for another customer service focused team player to join our business. We're a close knit team that work hard, like to have a laugh and love what we do!

Key duties of this diverse position include:

• Customer service - attending to enquiries and first point of contact for showroom quotes and sales
• Quoting – from phone, e-mail, and showroom enquiries as well as plan take offs
• Product Knowledge – product specifications and technical advice on installation methods (extensive product training provided!)
• Administrative - Preparing invoices and job related documentation
• Ordering from and liaising with suppliers
• Handling goods inwards products & assisting with customer collects

Our ideal Candidate will have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous Sales/Internal Sales experience - OR keen to learn!
• The ability to prioritise work, manage deadlines, exercise initiative and multi-task
