Job summary

MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) Hindmarsh is seeking a motivated person to join the Internal Sales team. No electrical experience required; quick to learn, customer-focused and eager to grow within a large electrical wholesaler.

You’ll be trained across MMEM’s products, systems and branch operations while assisting customers and learning from experienced salespeople. Some hands-on warehouse work is included as part of understanding the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter, over the phone and via email.

• Assist with stock, picking and packing when required.

MMEM Hindmarsh is looking for a motivated, customer-focused person to join the team in Internal Sales.

You don’t need electrical industry experience. We’re looking for someone who learns quickly, enjoys working with customers and is hungry to develop.

You’ll be trained across MMEM’s products, systems and branch operations while working directly with customers and learning from experienced salespeople. There’ll be some hands-on warehouse work along the way - it’s all part of understanding the products and how the business works.

What you’ll be doing

• Helping customers at the counter, over the phone and via email

• Building relationships with trade customers
• Supporting internal and external sales
• Liaising with suppliers and managing purchase orders
