Job summary

MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) Hindmarsh is seeking a motivated, customer-focused person for internal sales. You’ll learn MMEM’s products and systems while working closely with customers and experienced salespeople. Some hands-on warehouse tasks are included to build product understanding.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn products, systems and sales processes.
• Ability to build relationships with trade customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter, over phone and email.
• Prepare quotes and process orders.
• Build relationships with trade customers and support internal/external sales.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchase orders.
• Learn MMEM products, systems and branch operations.
• Assist with stock, picking and packing when required.
