Job summary

Firm Seven on the Gold Coast is seeking an Internal Salesperson to focus on internal sales and customer service for trade customers. You will handle quotes, orders and pricing while building relationships with the Gold Coast branch's trade customers and coordinating with the warehouse team.

Ideal candidates will have electrical wholesale experience and strong product knowledge, with a reliable, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work well in an experienced team.

Qualifications

• Electrical wholesale experience in sales.
• Internal sales, trade counter or account handling experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical products and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal sales and customer service at the branch.
• Quote, process orders and pricing for customers.
• Manage relationships with trade customers and respond to product/stock inquiries.
• Support existing customer accounts and coordinate with branch and warehouse teams.
• Predominantly sales-focused role with teamwork across departments.
