Chandler Macleod Group is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Advisor to join a high-performing team during a busy delivery period. The role focuses on frontline, field, operational and engineering workforce communications, translating technical information into clear content for employees.

You'll partner with leaders and stakeholders to shape messages, manage content from concept through to delivery, and ensure communications support across intranet, newsletters and digital screens

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications roles.
• Experience communicating with frontline, field-based or operational workforces.
• Ability to simplify technical or complex information without losing key messages.
• Strong writing and editing capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop internal communications for frontline, field, operational and corporate employees.
• Write, edit and publish clear employee communications.
• Build relationships with employees and leaders across environments.
• Identify stories and communication opportunities across the business.
• Translate technical/safety information into accessible content.
• Produce content across intranet, digital screens, newsletters and group communications.
• Provide communications advice to leaders and stakeholders.
• Support employee engagement, EVP and employer-of-choice initiatives.
• Manage communications activities from concept to delivery.
