Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications, employee communications, content publishing or a related communications role.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex information clear, engaging and easy to understand.
• Experience creating accessible, user-focused digital content and online experiences.
• Experience creating, publishing or managing content on SharePoint Online, an intranet or similar digital platform.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and publish internal communications, news, updates and employee content across AFCA's digital channels.
• Support the delivery of organisation-wide communication initiatives and priority business campaigns.
• Create and maintain content across AFCA's intranet, Knowledge Centre and employee-facing digital platforms.
• Partner with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to turn complex information into clear, practical and accessible content.
• Help improve how employees find, access and use information through digital channels.
• Build and maintain SharePoint pages and content that are easy to navigate, user-focused and visually engaging.
• Support content owners and publishers with guidance, coaching and publishing support.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of content quality, governance and employee digital experiences.
