The position is for an Intermediate Structural Engineer with 3-5+ years of local experience. You will work across commercial and industrial projects with a 40% office and 60% site-based workload, offering flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of local structural engineering experience
• Australian consultancy experience
• A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Strong structural engineering fundamentals
• Exposure to concrete, steel and/or post‑tensioned structures
• An interest in construction and site-based work
• Own vehicle due to site-based role

Responsibilities

• Structural design and engineering across commercial and industrial projects
• Working across concrete, post-tensioning and steel structures
• Providing technical input throughout the project lifecycle
• Attending sites and gaining hands‑on exposure to construction
• Working closely with the business owner and project teams
• Coordinating engineering solutions from design through to construction
• Contributing to the growth and development of a young business
