Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in structural engineering design and project delivery.
• Ability to clearly explain and visually represent technical information.
• Progression toward chartered status (CPEng, NER, RPEQ or equivalent) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Undertake structural design and analysis across a range of materials.
• Contribute to the engineering delivery of small to medium projects.
• Liaise confidently with internal teams, clients, architects, and contractors.
• Provide guidance and on‑the‑job support to graduates and junior staff.
