Job summary

SamePage Personnel is seeking an Intermediate–Senior Electrical Engineer for a Sydney-based building services consultancy. You will deliver electrical designs, coordinate projects, and liaise with clients, gradually taking ownership toward a Senior Engineer role.

You’ll work with an experienced team and have exposure to varied commercial projects, with clear pathways for career progression and professional development.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in building services consulting, ideally in Australia.
• Electrical engineering degree (Australian institution preferred).
• Eligibility for NER.
• Solid grasp of the relevant Standards and Codes.
• Revit skills — nice to have, not a dealbreaker.
• Commercial head on your shoulders; understand time, productivity and quality costs.

A well-established building services consultancy in Sydney is looking to bring an Intermediate Electrical Engineer into their team — someone ready to step up, not just tick boxes.

The electrical team here is solid: an Electrical Lead, three Senior Engineers, and one Intermediate. But the Lead's plate is full — juggling team leadership, project delivery, client relationships and site work — and it's time to bring in a right-hand engineer who can genuinely share that load.

This is an opportunity for an engineer with a solid Australian building services consultancy background who can deliver electrical designs, coordinate projects, liaise directly with clients and take increasing ownership of project delivery.

Working alongside an experienced Discipline Lead and established engineering team, you'll gain exposure to varied commercial building projects, genuine technical responsibility and a clear pathway towards a Senior Engineer role.
