Job summary

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification or near completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a portfolio of Business Services clients (compliance and advisory).
• Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS lodgements.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships over time.
• Support and mentor junior team members and contribute to innovative culture.

They're now looking for an Intermediate or Senior Accountant to join their Business Services team.

The Role

Manage and deliver a portfolio of Business Services clients, including compliance and advisory work

Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS lodgements

Use Xero and other cloud-based tools to streamline processes and deliver insights

Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, building strong relationships over time

Support and guide junior team members (Senior level)

Contribute to a firm culture that embraces innovation and new ways of working

About You

Completed or nearly completed CA/CPA qualification

Minimum 2 years' experience in public practice, in business services, or tax compliance and advisory

Solid working knowledge of Xero (highly regarded)

Curious about technology and AI, and keen to use them in your day-to-day work

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
