Leo & Associates Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd in Canberra, ACT is seeking an Intermediate Remedial Engineer to join our growing national team. This role offers involvement in remedial and structural projects across sectors and a path to progress within a respected engineering consultancy.

You will conduct inspections, prepare engineering reports, develop repair scopes, and support clients through project lifecycles, collaborating with our national team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in remedial or structural engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering.
Strong technical understanding of building structures and materials.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in structural analysis software (Tedds, SpaceGass, RAPT, or similar).
Experience with technical drawings and drafting software.
Construction White Card.
Working at Heights Certification.
Familiarity with strata and remedial work in ACT.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site engineering inspections and assessments.
Prepare technical reports, letters, and scope of works documentation.
Develop specifications for remedial works.
Provide contract administration and superintendency services during construction.
Liaise with clients, strata managers, builders, and contractors.
Collaborate with team members to deliver effective and timely project outcomes.
