Job summary

Leo and associates consulting engineers is seeking a recent Civil or Structural Engineering graduate to develop skills in forensic engineering by conducting inspections, preparing reports, and shaping repair scopes.

You will work with our national team on residential, government, industrial, commercial, education, and healthcare projects, assisting through project lifecycles and liaising with clients, strata managers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Solid technical understanding of building structures and materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with strata and remedial work in Victoria.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site engineering inspections and assessments.
• Prepare technical reports, letters, and scope of works documentation.
• Develop specifications for remedial works.
• Provide contract administration and superintendency services during construction.
• Liaise with clients, strata managers, builders, and contractors.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver effective and timely project outcomes.
