Our client is a well-established and growing engineering consultancy based in Pyrmont, specialising in remedial engineering, façade remediation and structural rehabilitation projects.
The business has developed a strong reputation through its technical expertise and long-standing client relationships, working across residential, commercial and government projects.
Their portfolio includes remedial, façade and structural rehabilitation projects ranging from approximately $2 million to $15 million+, providing excellent exposure to different buildings, structural systems and engineering challenges.
With continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Graduate Engineer who can develop alongside their experienced engineering team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Civil Engineering graduate who has a particular interest in structural engineering and wants to develop its technical skills within a consultancy environment.
You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, gaining exposure to building inspections, structural investigations, defect assessments, remedial design and construction.
Rather than being limited to office-based design work, you’ll have the opportunity to develop an understanding of how buildings perform, why defects occur and how practical engineering solutions are developed and implemented.
The business is looking for someone with a great attitude, strong willingness to learn and genuine ambition to build a long-term career in engineering.
You’ll ideally have:
Previous internship or work experience within structural engineering, construction or building consultancy would be advantageous but isn't essential.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Attitude, communication and willingness to develop are particularly important.
If you’re a Civil Engineering graduate with an interest in structural engineering and are looking for an opportunity to learn from experienced engineers and build a long-term career, we’d be keen to hear from you.
