Job summary

Studio 103 is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead a range of commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality and residential projects from concept through delivery in Melbourne. You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with associates and directors, and maintain high design standards across diverse sectors.

Bring 8+ years of experience, a degree in Interior Design, and strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Interior Design or a related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience across commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality and/or residential projects.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Enscape and Microsoft Office.
• Strong design, documentation and project delivery skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring and supporting others.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate about great design.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer to join our Interior Design Team in Melbourne.

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will bring fresh ideas to projects, contribute to our collaborative approach to design, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in delivering exceptional design outcomes across a range of sectors, including commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality and residential projects. You'll work closely with Associates, Directors, clients, consultants and stakeholders to lead projects from concept through to delivery while maintaining Studio 103's high standards of design excellence.

This role reports directly to the Associate and provides leadership and guidance to the wider design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior design projects from concept through to delivery.

• Develop design concepts, presentations and project documentation.

About You:
