Job summary

Turner is seeking an Interior Designer with a high level of design and technical experience to support our Interior Architecture team on high-end, design-led projects across residential, hospitality and commercial sectors in Australia.

The successful candidate will contribute across all stages from concept through documentation and delivery, coordinate ArchiCAD drawings, and liaise with senior staff to ensure client satisfaction and on-time milestones.

Qualifications

  • Completed Interior Design/Architecture or related tertiary qualification.
  • Minimum 4 years’ professional experience residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
  • Comprehensive to advanced level of experience using 3D BIM software (ArchiCAD), SketchUp and Creative Suite.
  • Previous experience in multi-residential would be preferable.
  • Previous exposure to retail, hospitality and hotels would be a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to produce full construction documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate careful attention to detail.

  • Ability to deliver to project milestones as scheduled

Our Interior Architecture team is looking for an Interior Designer with a high level of design and technical experience to support the team across a range of high-end, design-led projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The successful candidate will have strong design sensibility, technical knowledge and attention to detail, with the ability to contribute across all stages of a project from concept through to documentation and delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with our talented Interior Architecture team and contribute to high-quality projects within a creative and design-focused practice.

Your work day may include;

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

The ideal candidate for the role will be have the following experience, skills and attributes:
