UnitingCare Queensland is recruiting a Child and Family Case Worker in Toowoomba to lead in-home case management for intensive family services. You’ll support vulnerable families with therapeutic and practical care, developing collaborative plans and facilitating access to specialist services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2+ years in case management, and knowledge of domestic family violence, with a focus on culturally safe practice.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology or Humans Services.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in case management and child protection.
• Knowledge of Domestic Family Violence and impact on children.
• Understanding of First Nations peoples, cultures and society, culturally safe practice.
• Current QLD Blue Card and open QLD driver’s licence.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.

• Provide a mix of therapeutic and in-home practical care to support vulnerable families.
