UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Child and Family Case Worker for the Intensive Family Support Service in Kingaroy. You will lead case management for vulnerable families, delivering in-home support and coordinating services to keep children safe.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or Psychology, plus at least two years in case management and knowledge of Domestic Family Violence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or Psychology.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in case management and child protection.
• Knowledge of Domestic Family Violence and its impact on children.
• Understanding of First Nations peoples, cultures and society.
• Commitment to culturally safe practice.
• Knowledge of Attachment Theory, Trauma-informed practice and Child Development.
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Current Queensland driver’s licence.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
