UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Child and Family Case Worker for the Intensive Family Support Service in Kingaroy. The role involves leading case management with families, delivering therapeutic and in-home support to vulnerable families, and developing collaborative case plans to address presenting concerns.

The position is a full-time, maximum-term role ending 29 March 2027, offering $53.43 per hour plus Super and salary packaging benefits.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in case management and child protection, working directly with families and children with complex needs.
• Knowledge of Domestic Family Violence and its impact on children.
• Understanding of First Nations peoples, cultures and society; commitment to culturally safe practice.

Responsabilidades

• Lead case management with families in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to identify and prioritise concerns.
• Provide a mix of therapeutic and in-home practical care to support complex, vulnerable and hard-to-reach families.
