Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Government Investigations and/or HR-related discipline desirable.
• Criminal history checks will be conducted prior to employment.
• Working knowledge of misconduct frameworks and privacy requirements preferred.

• Assess misconduct referrals, PID referrals, and preliminary assessment requests.
• Liaise with directorate HR teams, complainants and witnesses.
• Prepare high-level submissions, briefs and reports for Senior Executive.
