Job summary

Department of Treasury QLD seeks a Manager, Integrity to lead strategy execution by identifying and treating integrity risks across people, systems and processes. You will report on strategic and operational plans and translate strategy into actions.

You will investigate complex inquiries related to probity, integrity and conduct, provide advice to the Commissioner and senior Executives on policy and legislative changes, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain public trust in Queensland's

• Knowledge of government integrity frameworks

Responsibilities

• Deliver and report on strategic and operational plans by identifying and treating existing and emerging integrity risks, and translating the strategy into actions.
• Investigate integrity risks across people, systems and processes by undertaking complex and sensitive inquiries, reviews and complaints related to probity, integrity and conduct, and brief the Commissioner on status and outcomes.
• Implement and promote internal integrity, fraud and corruption prevention strategies and education initiatives.
• Provide advice to the Commissioner and senior Executives on recommended changes to policy, legislation, standards and practices related to integrity, based on research and investigations.
• Network with internal and external stakeholders to maintain trust and productive relationships.
