Job summary

Department of Justice in Perth seeks a values-driven leader to build integrity capability, promote ethical conduct and drive accountable, high‑performing workplaces. The role leads a comprehensive program across the department, partnering with entities to embed an integrity framework and risk‑based controls.

You will guide policy development, education and interventions, and oversee external providers to achieve strong governance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in integrity, corruption prevention and risk management.
• Experience leading integrity/education or organisational improvement programs.
• Experience developing policies, procedures, guidance materials that strengthen accountability.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, monitor and continually improve integrity programs to promote ethical conduct and accountability.
• Analyse integrity risks, workforce trends and information to inform prevention and intervention strategies.
• Develop and review policies, procedures, resources and guidance for compliance with standards.
• Provide specialist advice and engage external providers to support program delivery and outcomes.
