Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking an Integration Application Consultant to support, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations, primarily across Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms. You will ensure secure data exchange and provide L2/L3 support while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in application integration and middleware support.
• Hands-on MuleSoft development and production support.
• Experience supporting Salesforce-based integrations and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 and L3 support for Salesforce and MuleSoft integration environments.
• Monitor integration platforms and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Investigate and resolve interface failures, data synchronization issues, and API-related incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Participate in major incident management and problem management activities.
• Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed SLA targets.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support MuleSoft integrations and APIs.
• Develop and maintain APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Configure and support Mule applications, integrations, and API gateways.
• Monitor and manage MuleSoft runtime environments and operational performance.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, deployments, and release activities.
• Maintain API documentation and integration standards.
• Support integrations across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms.
• Work with Salesforce administrators and developers to resolve data and interface issues.
• Ensure accurate and secure data flow between Salesforce and connected enterprise systems.
• Support enhancements and changes to Salesforce integration solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting Salesforce API and connectivity issues.
• Design and implement RESTful and SOAP-based integrations.
• Develop data mappings, transformations, and orchestration flows.
• Support integration with cloud and on-premises applications.
• Ensure secure data exchange using authentication protocols including OAuth, SAML, and JWT.
• Contribute to API governance, security, and best practice standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve integration stability, performance, and scalability.
• Recommend automation opportunities to reduce manual processes.
• Support modernization, cloud transformation, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Contribute to improving integration monitoring, alerting, and operational support processes.
