• Leading the end-to-end delivery of complexsystems integration activities

• Establishing andmaintainingappropriate projectgovernance,planningand reportingfor integration delivery

• Managing scope, schedule, risks, issues,dependenciesanddelivery outcomes across multiple integration streams

• Engaging and influencing stakeholders across business and technical areas, includingpartner agencies,vendorsand service providers

• Working proactively with partner agencies to ensure integration requirements, dependencies,responsibilitiesandtimeframesare clearly understood and progressed

• Following up actions,decisionsand information requests tomaintainmomentum and supporttimelydelivery

• Ensuring Safe Transport Victoria’s integration needs are clearly articulated and that informationrequiredfrom external stakeholders isidentifiedearly and actioned

• Supporting shared ownership of outcomes and building strong cross-functional collaboration

• Driving continuous improvement in integration delivery by applying lessons learnt and performance insights

• Maintaining project documentation, governancerecordsand knowledge management practices

• Planning for the effective transition of project outcomes into business-as-usual operations.

You will bring demonstrated experience delivering complex technology,digitalor systems integration initiatives, with strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies and agile ways of working. Just as importantly, you will know how to apply that knowledge in a practical, fit-for-purpose way to achieve results.

You will combine strong delivery discipline with the judgement, adaptability and initiative to lead work through complexity, respondto changing priorities andmaintainfocus on strategic outcomes.

About You

You are a capable and delivery-focused project professional with demonstrated experience leading complex technology,digitalor integrationinitiatives. You have strong knowledge of project management frameworks,governanceand agile delivery approaches, together with the judgement to apply them in a practical and fit-for-purpose way.

You bring a strategic and disciplined approach to delivery, with the ability to align project activity to organisational priorities, manage complexity and support informed decision-making. You are an effective problem solver who canestablishclarity, engagestakeholdersandmaintainfocus on achieving high-quality outcomes.

You are self-motivated,adaptableand accountable, with a collaborative working style and a strong commitment to delivery excellence.

You are also confident working across organisational boundaries and building effective relationships with partner agencies and service providers. You proactively follow through on actions, clarifyexpectationsand ensure integration requirements are understood and progressed.

Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, and integration approaches including APIs, middleware or data exchange solutions, will be highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in project management, information systems,businessor a related discipline is desirable

• Agile,SAFeand/or Prince2 qualifications are highly desirable

• Equivalent professional experience in leading complex technology, digital or systems integrationprojects will be considered
