Reporting to the IT Program Manager, the Technical Business Analyst plays a key role in a significant digital delivery program at ST Vic, supporting the migration of legacy systems to a unified Salesforce platform.
This role is responsible for translating business and technical needs into clear requirements and practical solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, developers and platform specialists, the role supports discovery, backlog refinement, delivery planning, testing and implementation activities.

The role requires demonstrated experience delivering technical business analysis in digital, technology or transformation environments, with the ability to turn complex operational needs into clear and actionable outcomes.
