Job summary

Hays is hiring an Integration Analyst for our Melbourne office. This full-time permanent role starts immediately and offers a salary of $113,000 plus Super.

You will design and improve customer service processes, map customer journeys and serve as the SME for renewable energy solutions, including solar and EV charging. You will analyze journeys, manage enquiries and escalations, and develop training materials to support customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of consumer energy solutions, including solar, battery storage and EV charging.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong understanding of consumer energy solutions, including solar, battery storage, EV charging and other emerging energy technologies.
• Proven ability to analyse and improve business processes, customer journeys and service delivery outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement.
• Customer-focused mindset with experience using CRM systems and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
