Job summary

Dext is seeking a hands‑on Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our small, high‑energy Sydney team. You’ll work alongside our sales team to generate leads through well‑run campaigns and events.

This is an execution role, not a strategy role. You’ll take campaigns from setup to send to follow‑up, with support from Lauren and our global MOps and creative teams.

You will contribute to campaigns, webinars, and events while collaborating across time zones in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing, campaigns or events (ideally B2B).
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including emails and workflows.
• Familiarity with Jira, Livestorm and website/CMS updates.
• Strong attention to detail, organised and able to juggle several tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in a global organisation, comfortable working across time zones.
• Proactive and collaborative, keen to learn.
• Fintech or SaaS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and run campaigns end to end: landing pages, email workflows, registration journeys and re‑engagement sequences
• Set up and run webinars and virtual events in Livestorm, from registration to follow‑up
• Support in‑person events, including logistics, on‑the‑day help and post‑event follow‑up
• Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and turn them into campaigns and events that generate leads
• Build and update web pages for campaigns and events
• Use HubSpot to manage emails, workflows, lists and reporting
• Track requests and priorities in Jira, and brief the global creative and MOps teams (UK and Bulgaria)
• Make sure leads are followed up and handed over to sales properly

The role:

Our event calendar is seasonal, with a busy period coming up. You’ll be in the thick of it, and the pace will settle afterwards. The role then shifts to a steadier mix of digital campaigns and event support.

Success measures:

• Marketing funnel conversion rates (MQL → SQL → Closed Won)
• Event and campaign setup delivered accurately and on time
• Quality and consistency of campaign execution
• Strong collaboration with sales, account management, and global marketing teams
• Growth in top‑of‑funnel pipeline and expansion‑related opportunities

About you, what we are looking for:
