Bupa is seeking a Master Scheduler to own the integrated program schedule across Health Services, reporting to the Senior Program and Change Manager. The role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne and involves consolidating multiple workstreams into a single, reliable timeline.

You will monitor critical paths, manage dependencies, and produce regular progress updates for governance forums, supporting planning decisions and resource allocation during a major organizational transition.

Competenze

• Experience in program or project scheduling in large, complex or regulated environments.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Project including integrated master scheduling and critical path analysis.
• Experience coordinating schedules across multiple workstreams, teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to identify scheduling risks and impacts.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication with senior leaders.

Mansioni

• Own, develop and maintain the integrated master schedule using MS Project.
• Consolidate schedules across workstreams for a clear program view.
• Identify critical paths and schedule risks, recommending mitigations.
• Prepare schedule reports for senior leadership and governance forums.
