Job summary

LION is seeking an Integrated Demand Planner for a 12-month fixed-term contract based at our York Street office in Sydney. You will join the Supply Chain team and connect Sales and Supply to build an accurate, aligned view of demand across the Australian market.

You will combine data, commercial insight and cross-functional partnerships to improve forecasting, optimise inventory and support better business decisions for a dynamic FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Sharp analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply.
• Experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the 12-month demand plan blending data, market insights, and customer intelligence.
• Partner across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align demand with business goals.
• Lead scenario planning to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Drive the S&OP/ITP process and manage risks with customers to improve forecasts.
• Challenge processes to improve tools and ways of working for a smarter supply chain.
