Job summary

LION is seeking an Integrated Demand Planner for a 12-month fixed-term contract based at our York Street office in Sydney. You will join the Supply Chain team and connect Sales and Supply to build an accurate, aligned view of demand across the Australian market.

You will combine data, commercial insight and cross-functional partnerships to improve forecasting, optimise inventory and support better business decisions for a dynamic FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply.
• Experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

Here at LION, we’re looking for an Integrated Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based at our York Street office in Sydney.

Reporting to the Head of Demand Planning and joining a team of five, you’ll play a key role in connecting Sales and Supply to build an accurate, aligned view of demand across the Australian market. You’ll combine data, commercial insight and strong cross-functional partnerships to improve forecasting, optimise inventory and support better business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own the 12-month demand plan, blending data, market insights, and customer intelligence
• Partner across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align demand with big-picture business goals
• Lead scenario planning and strategies to enhance productivity, boost efficiency, and delight customers
• Drive the S&OP / ITP process, manage risks, and collaborate directly with customers to enrich forecasts
• Challenge the status quo — improving tools, processes, and ways of working for a stronger, smarter supply chain

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain (FMCG &/or Customer experience a bonus!)
• Sharp analytical skills, strong stakeholder management, and a knack for making complex data actionable
• Experience with SAP IBP/APO
• Big-picture thinking with an eye for detail — and a passion for making an impact
