Job summary

Xceedance is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead the delivery of a robust foundational solution architecture that accelerates digital transformation within the insurance domain.

You will collaborate with business analysts and technical teams, driving end-to-end design and ensuring onshore client engagement across Australia, US, and Europe with a focus on scalability, security, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in architecture or delivery leadership.
• Insurance domain knowledge (P&C / Reinsurance) and familiarity with insurance platforms.
• Proven success leading large engineering programs with multi-vendor environments.
• Onshore client engagements in US/UK/Australia or similar markets.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of customer-focused insurance solutions.
• Own end-to-end solutioning, including requirements, demonstrations, and RFP responses.
• Drive transformation initiatives aligned to roadmap and strategic goals.
• Champion reusable assets, templates, and frameworks across projects.
• Lead cross-geography delivery with governance, risk management, and release readiness.
