Job summary

Aon is seeking a Customer Service Specialist based in Hindmarsh, SA or North Ryde, NSW to support the National Service Team with outstanding customer service and administrative tasks. You will handle insurance applications, renewals and client payments while updating client data in Aon's systems.

The role involves working with Excel data and CRM platforms, coordinating with Broker and Insurance teams, and ensuring timeliness of renewals.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and customer service skills.
• Able to follow insurance procedures and investigate issues.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries via web portals, email and phone.
• Manage service tasks including insurance applications, amendments, cancellations, renewals and client payments.
• Supervise policies and deadlines to ensure timely renewals.
• Update client CRM databases and enter data into Aon systems.
• Work with Excel data and reports to manage invoicing.
• Collaborate with Brokers, services and Insurance teams to provide service.
