Job summary

Rizon Building, part of the Keystone Invest Group, is seeking an Estimator & Supervisor to lead insurance repair projects from initial assessment through to completion. This dual role blends technical estimating with hands-on site supervision to deliver safe, high‑quality outcomes on time and within budget.

You will prepare accurate scopes and costings, coordinate trades and liaise with customers, insurers and internal teams, while maintaining records and reporting across CRM platforms to meet

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating, construction supervision or insurance repair environments.
• Strong understanding of building methods, scopes of work and insurance processes.
• Ability to coordinate trades and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with accurate reporting and documentation capability.
• Proactive, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate assessments, scopes of works and cost estimates for insurance repair projects
• Supervise and coordinate trades to ensure safe, high-quality on-site delivery of works
• Manage multiple projects across estimating and construction phases
• Liaise with customers, insurers, trades and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress, budgets, KPIs and compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate system records, documentation and reporting across CRM platforms
