Job summary

Rizon Building, part of the Keystone Invest Group, is seeking an Estimator & Supervisor to lead insurance repair projects from initial assessment through to completion. As our Estimator & Supervisor, you will deliver insurance repair projects from initial assessment through to completion, combining technical estimating with hands-on site supervision. In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate scopes, assessments and costings while also coordinating trades and overseeing on-site delivery to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. In this role, you will manage multiple projects at different stages, working closely with customers, insurers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with KPIs, budgets, compliance requirements and customer expectations, while maintaining strong control, communication and accountability across both estimating and delivery functions.
