Job summary

Intro Recruitment Solutions – Rockhampton QLD is seeking an experienced Supervisor / Estimator to manage insurance repair projects from initial assessment through to supervision and completion. You will inspect damage, prepare scopes and estimates, and coordinate trades on site.

This hands-on role offers permanent, full-time employment with a package up to $130K plus super and a company ute, based in Rockhampton. A QBCC Site Supervisor Licence is essential along with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence – essential.
• Insurance building or repair experience.
• Estimating and/or site supervision experience.
• Ability to complete site assessments and scopes of works.
• Strong residential construction knowledge.
• Experience coordinating trades and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple insurance repair jobs.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Current Australian driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of insurance repair projects from assessment through to completion.
• Inspect damage and prepare scopes and estimates.
• Coordinate trades and supervise on-site works.
