Job summary

GSA Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd in Melbourne seeks an Assistant Client Executive or Client Executive to join our Corporate team. This newly created role offers a path to develop your insurance career with hands-on support and exposure to client and insurer interactions.

You will handle new business, renewals, policy documents, and quotes while maintaining high service standards and collaboration within a busy team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6–12 months Insurance industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and liaise with clients at all levels.
• Customer service focus with business acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.
• Team player with confidentiality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
• Support the team with duties and help achieve budget.
• Process new business, renewals and policy documents.
• Quote renewals and process endorsements/amendments.
• Prepare correspondence between clients and underwriters for approval.
• Update claims status reports and maintain documentation.
• Provide administration support to the broking team.
• Assist with debtors management and reporting.
