Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a broking/operational role, preferably in insurance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Act as a connector between Broking and Operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate production of client transactions.
• Maintain accurate records on all clients and adhere to quality practices.
