Job summary

360 Underwriting Solutions Pty is seeking a Call Centre Sales & Service Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service while driving compliant policy sales. You will respond to inbound enquiries, assist with quotes, support policy servicing, and represent the ReadySet brand with professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities include handling multiple channels, explaining policy details, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in call centre sales, customer service or financial services.
• Insurance or travel industry experience highly regarded.
• Familiarity with regulated sales environments preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and genuinely.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable discussing sensitive topics such as medical disclosures.
• Resilient, performance-driven and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email and live chat
• Convert enquiries into compliant, high-quality policy sales
• Clearly explain product benefits, limits, excesses and key exclusions
• Assist customers in completing quotes and purchases
• Manage policy changes, cancellations and documentation requests
• Support customers with cover queries pre- and post-purchase
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and issued promptly
• Adhere to ASIC regulations and internal compliance frameworks
• Ensure accurate disclosure of pre-existing medical conditions
• Follow approved sales scripts and disclosure procedures
• Escalate complaints in line with RG 271 requirement
• Demonstrate the ReadySet values of Care, Transparency and Speed
• Support review and feedback initiatives
• Contribute ideas to enhance customer journeys and internal processes
