Steadfast Group Ltd. is looking for a proactive Broking Team Assistant to cover a maternity leave period in Melbourne. You will support underwriting and broking teams with data entry, filing, and document management while learning across Miramar Specialty operations.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders, with opportunities to develop skills in policy documentation, renewals, and regulatory compliance within a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• Preferably 1-2 years in a similar financial/insurance services role.
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Professional communication with diverse staff and stakeholders.
• Motivated to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support to underwriting and broking teams, including data entry and filing.
• Cross-train across business units and insurance products as required.
• Collaborate with underwriters/brokers to deliver high service standards.
• Process closings, maintain policy files, and draft endorsements.
• Ensure documentation complies with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor renewals, endorsements, and submissions deadlines.
