Job summary

WTW is seeking an Account Executive in Sydney to manage a portfolio of corporate clients, supporting senior brokers and ensuring risk management and insurance needs are met. You will prepare documentation, maintain client data, and liaise with underwriters to deliver high-quality service.

The role emphasizes accuracy, stakeholder relationship-building, and collaboration with offshore teams to meet client and insurer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance or insurance broking industry, ideally with corporate/P&C experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication for individuals and small groups.
• Excellent report writing and correspondence skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Team player with credibility and ability to gain trust.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Microsoft Copilot preferred.
• Good understanding of internet and intranet applications.
• Willing to take on additional duties when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client documentation and invoices such as renewal questionnaires and quotes.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of documentation and obtain approvals before distribution.
• Support Senior Brokers in managing larger clients’ insurance, risk management and programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, clients and stakeholders, representing WTW professionally.
• Maintain comprehensive client data on WTW systems and databases.
• Compare renewal terms with prior year and advise brokers of changes.
• Work with offshore Operations Support (Mumbai) to deliver documentation.
• Liaise with Operations on issues and suggest improvements.
• Ensure premium funding is offered and debtor collections per terms.
• Achieve and maintain compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
