Job summary

St Francis Xavier's Catholic Primary School Arncliffe, part of Sydney Catholic Schools, seeks an Instructional Specialist for a full-time temporary promotion role up to 3 years. You will lead development of K-6 curriculum, apply effective pedagogies, and support student well-being.

The position requires tertiary Education degree, NESA accreditation, and Religious Education credentials or willingness to obtain them.

About You

As an Instructional Specialist, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. The position is a 3-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and temporary. You'll bring:

• expertise in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies
• strong classroom management and student well-being focus
• ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences
• a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation
• Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
