Job summary

atWork Australia is recruiting an Employer Engagement Consultant to join our Employment Services team in Geelong. You will establish sustainable employment opportunities for clients by developing and managing relationships with local employers and coordinating with Job Coaches.

You will identify leads, support candidates for the labour market, and deliver post-placement success while collaborating with internal teams to improve retention in a fast-paced, purpose-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management and/or advocacy for clients.
• Thrives in a target-driven environment and is motivated to exceed KPIs.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Confident in building relationships and engaging employers from diverse industries.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
• Holds a current Australian Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities for our clients.
