TLC Healthcare is hiring an Organisational Development Instructional Designer to lead the design and delivery of engaging learning experiences. Based at our Head Office on St Kilda Road, you will own digital learning, work with SMEs and ensure programs meet compliance and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing learning and eLearning programs.
• Strong instructional design capability and understanding of adult learning principles.
• Experience using LMS platforms to administer, upload and manage learning content.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 and other learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and continuous improvement of learning solutions.
• Create learning materials including Storyboards, Facilitator Guides, Workbooks and eLearning modules.
• Manage and maintain learning content within the LMS.
• Develop learning pathways and improve user experience across platforms.
• Partner with SMEs to identify learning needs and design practical solutions.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
