Hertz is seeking an Instant Return Representative in Brisbane, Australia. You will greet customers as they return vehicles, inspect for damage, and process returns while promoting Hertz rental options to drive sales.

The role requires excellent communication, prior customer service or sales experience, and a full Australian driver’s licence. Shift work includes weekends and public holidays, with a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales; rental industry experience is a plus.
• Flexibility with 7-day shift work including weekends and public holidays may apply.
• Full AUS driver’s licence with ability to drive automatic vehicles.

• Greet customers returning vehicles and ensure a positive experience.

• Process rental returns courteously and efficiently.
• Sell Hertz rental options to customers and meet sales targets.

About the Role?

As an Instant Return Representative,you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales services to internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Hertz. You will be based at our Brisbane Store, and you may be required to work at other VIC stores within reasonable travel distance.

In this role you will;

Greeting our customers as they return their vehicles and ensuring a positive customer experience

Inspecting the returning vehicle for damage

Courteously and expeditiously processing rental returns

Sell Hertz rental options to our valued customers

Ensure overall customer satisfaction by resolving issues

About You?

To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:

Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers

Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in rental industry preferred

Flexibility of working hours (7-day shift work including weekends & public holidays may apply)

A full and current AUS driver’s licence with the ability to drive automatic vehicles.
