Job summary

SP Screens is seeking an Installer for security doors, blinds and shutters in Coffs Harbour. You will be the final customer contact, ensuring high-quality installations and excellent service.

Responsibilities include preparing materials, maintaining a professional appearance, and completing on-site work to standard while adhering to company protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in security/screening product installation preferred.
• Full current driver’s license held.
• Availability Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm (some flexibility).

We seek an enthusiastic, dynamic Installer to meet the increasing demand for our services in the Coffs Harbour. As an installer you'll play a pivotal role in the outcome for our customers ensuring they are satisfied with the product and finishes.

About the Role:

In this dynamic role, you'll be the final step and lasting impression of our customer through the process, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Here's what your day to day responsibilities entail.

Efficient Schedule Management:

Each morning, you'll access your optimised schedule of appointments, strategically arranged for maximum efficiency. This allows you to focus on delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Being Prepared:

Each day you will be required to be organised and load up all materials/tools etc required for the day to maximise you time out on site.

Professional Presentation:

Arrive punctually and impeccably presented in your SP Screens uniform, with your branded vehicle parked prominently reflecting our commitment to professionalism and reliability.

On Site Installations:

Conduct yourself with professionalism while with the customer. Install products to relevant standards. Clean up work area upon completion.

Adherence to Protocols:

Adhere strictly to company processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality in every interaction.

• Hold a full current driver's license.
