Job summary

VENTORA is seeking experienced Glaziers to join our NSW operations across multiple sites in Western Sydney. The successful candidates will balance hands-on glazing work with team supervision, delivering quality installations and on-site support.

We value WHS diligence, strong communication, and the ability to train others while maintaining high productivity and safety standards. This is a full-time, site-based opportunity with ongoing training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Glass and Glazing (MUST).
• Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of product installation.
• WHS exposure with a zero harm focus.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support, training and guidance to the team
• Demonstrating best practices and troubleshooting issues that arise
• Competent in glazing in factory and site environments
• Monitor productivity and quality, identifying areas for improvement
• Lead the continual development of Safety Culture across the area of responsibility

The Opportunity

We are looking to appoint experienced Glaziers in our NSW businesses.

Depending on your location, this role can be based at multiple sites across Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

• Depending on experience, the role could contain a balance of supervision and on the tool’s responsibilities.
• Provide hands‑on support, training and guidance to the team
• Demonstrating best practices and troubleshooting any issues that arise
• Competent in glazing in factory and site environments
• Monitor productivity and quality, identifying areas for improvement
• Lead the continual development of Safety Culture across the area of responsibility

About You

• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing or a similar environment
• Certificate III in Glass and Glazing (MUST)
• Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of product installation
• WHS exposure with a focus on Zero Harm at all times and at all costs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport
