SAE University College, part of Navitas, seeks a Lecturer for Computer Science to inspire students and shape cutting-edge curricula. You will deliver lectures and practical workshops, mentor local and international learners, and collaborate with industry professionals to keep content current and industry-aligned.

The role emphasises engaging pedagogy, research collaboration, and supporting student success while promoting the Institute’s links with the broader Navitas education network.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification, preferably at Masters level (or higher) in a relevant discipline.
• High level of professional industry practice or academic experience.
• Teaching or training experience either in a higher education or professional environment.
• Experience in Computer Science and IT fields; knowledge of Software Development, Cybersecurity, Data Science & AI, Networking, databases and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and practical workshops that equip students with cutting-edge skills.
• Provide personalised academic support, mentoring, and feedback to local and international students.
• Contribute to the design and development of accredited higher education curriculum aligned with industry trends.
• Promote SAE’s achievements and engage with industry to strengthen connections to current practices.
• Support academic research and industry engagement to enrich learning opportunities.
